Why do I need a Life Coach and why is it different than Therapy?

  • Coaching is based on moving you forward.  You will set manageable and targeted goals for yourself, in order  to get fast results.

  • Therapy focuses on the past while coaching only deals with the NOW and your future.  If something from your past is affecting the now, it will most definitely be addressed, we just won’t go backwards.  The past is the past and that is where it belongs.

  • Therapists do most of the talking and give advice while the Coach is the guide to help you explore what is really going on.

  • Coaches believe you are a whole capable person, who just needs some guidance.

  • Therapy comes from the premise that you are broken and needs fixing.

  • Coaching is designed for women who are ready and motivated to make a change and ready to admit they need some guidance.

  • Coaching will ask you thought-provoking questions that may take you out of your comfort zone, but that is where breakthrough occurs.

  • Coaching is for women who want to believe in themselves and want to make an investment into their own growth.

  • Coaching is not covered by insurance. 

The changes in your life from coaching will last a lifetime.  You will learn how to look at things differently and understand more of what is going on in your own brain and why.  It is worth the effort, time, money and energy if you want to become successful and live your BEST LIFE
