Coaching includes several 60 minute sessions to help you eliminate stress and struggle, quickly, after your divorce. You will gain all of the following:

Packages are range from 4 to 6 months worth of one on one sessions.
Reiki Session with Certified Reiki Master - 60 minutes via zoom
The session can go several different ways based on your needs; relaxation, meditation, concentration on specific physical alignments or just going with the flow to see where it leads.
For treatment over zoom, you must have a quiet place to lie down and not be disturbed during session.

What is REIKI or Energy Healing?
The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy). Reiki is a type of healing that targets the energy field around the body.

Energy can get stuck in the body where there has been physical injury or emotional pain. Over time, these energy blocks can cause illness.
Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupressure or accupuncture to improving the flow of energy around the body, This can help enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.

Reiki was first developed in 1922 by a Japanese Buddhist called Mikao Usui, who reportedly taught 2,000 people the Reiki method during his lifetime. The practice spread to the U.S. through Hawaii in the 1940s, and then to Europe in the 1980s.
It is commonly referred to as hands-on healing.
